COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION (E.S.O.)
In Spain the Compulsory Secondary Education includes Grades 7th till 10th.
It is placed after the Primary School and being compulsory, has three different endings:
– Continuing studies towards University – then Grades 11th and 12th must be done.
– Continuing studies towards a Vocational Training
– Start working.
Teaching-learning methodology is different from Primary School since the teenagers are experiencing important changes that determine their personality.
The vast majority of our students choose to follow their studies until the 12th Grade, therefore we prepare them during these 4 years towards High School.
Foreign languages are reinforced and external exams are taken for English, French and German (or even Chinese!). It’s also possible to make a 1 or 3 month long stay in Ireland, or participate in school exchange programs in several countries.
